The earthen Israel state shall become a state for all 14 ancient AND new Israel tribes:

Nepthalim

Manasses

Simeon

Levi

Issachar

Zabulon

Joseph

Benjamin

Dan

and

Ephraim.

Every citizen should belong to one of these tribes. There are three tribes for each of our main religions:

Gentiles

Jacobines

Christians

and Muslims.

As holder of the firstborn rights and initiator and founder of the Israel state Juda could have 2 of 15 parts of the heritage and of all votes and offices?!

The earthen Israel state shall become a state for all 31 Israel tribes:

the 14 Jackson tribes: the 12 ancient Israel tribes plus the 12 new heavenly Jackson tribes, from whom 10 are the same, only the ancient tribes of Dan and Ephraim are substituted by Joseph and Levi in the new Israel:

At the very end only 14 tribes would remain on Earth, respective 12 in Heavens.

Dan and Ephraim will not herit the heavens, they could be degraded to just peoples with earthen heritage.
