    Jede tat wird zur schweren straftat, wenn dadurch obdach von seelen und gemeinschaften beschädigt sowie die nutzung von ländern, die mobilität, die versorgung und die kreativität seiner seelen und gemeinschaften beeinträchtigt oder behindert wird.

    Besonders schwere Straftat

    Wenn eine tat die gesundheit oder das leben seiner menschen und gemeinschaften unmittel bar gefährdet, ist dies als schwere straftat ein zu stufen.

    ist jede straftat

    • mit mindestens einer Todes Folge
